Description
Dr. Leroy Patrick has a conversation with his interviewers each sharing their thoughts on ethnic community roles and the impact of religious leaders in maintaining divisions. Pittsburgh's vital role in the prosperity of Western Pennsylvania and the need for regional development. They discuss the importance of job creation, transportation, and the relationship between Pittsburgh and its surrounding areas. Dr. Patrick and the interviewers also discuss the Program to Aid Citizen Enterprise (PACE), an offshoot of the United Fund Community Chest Health and Welfare Complex and fund distribution.
