Hace mención del Coronel cubano Abel Duranona que salió de prisión ayudado por el F.B.I. y en condición de veterano de la II Guerra Mundial. Finaliza mencionando que George J. Tenet, Director de la C.I.A., carece de experiencia para sugerir fórmulas para dirigir los conflictos mundiales.
