• Julio Elizalde argumenta que, derrotado en las Naciones Unidas, condenado en la Corte Internacional de Justicia y censurado por la opinión pública mundial, el Consejo Revolucionario que gobierna a Irán insiste en no liberar a los rehenes y evacua la embajada. Anota que Ayatollah Khomeini ha sufrido una derrota. Menciona a Vladimir Ilyich Ulyanov (Lenin) y la “lucha de clases”, habla de Moshe Dayan y Ezer Weiztman. Cuestiona la derrota política, jurídica y moral del Consejo Revolucionario. Menciona a León Trostki, agitador en el Comité de Agitación y Propaganda bajo la fiscalización del Comité Central dirigido hasta 1948 por Andrej Aleksandrovič Ždanov, amigo de Stalin y miembro del Politburó. Habla de Ayatollah Khomeini y la guerra de Vietnam. Habla de la negativa acción del senador Kennedy atacando al Sha, las palabras inoportunas de Andrew Young que estimulaban al Gobierno subversivo de Teherán. Termina preguntando si Ayatollah Khomeini y el Consejo Revolucionario sobrevivirán a esta crisis y derrota dramática.
