Description
The scrapbook includes articles on John A. Brashear's death and the John Phillips "scandal" (his non-reappointment to the Pennsylvania Case Board because of his refusal to take the Prohibition Pledge). It also contains a great deal of material not directly related to the Brashear Association. The name inside the cover is "Mrs. Elizabeth Ritchie, Brashear Settlement." The scrapbook is identified as volume 2 and covers the years 1923-1924.
