A signed headshot of Dusolina Giannini. Ruth Martin wrote on the back, "Dusolina Giannini, international star in 30's and 40's, Metropolitan, Salzburg (favorite of [Arturo] Toscanini and [Bruno] Walter). She opened NYCO [New York City Opera] in 1944. She was the sister of Vittorio Giannini, composer of 'The Taming of the Shrew,' etc."
