Scope and Content Notes

This collection is mostly comprised of combined record books, 1851-1980, that include baptisms, communions, confirmations, marriages, deaths, constitution, by-laws, pastors, church council, and members. The minutes of the church council cover the years 1870-1949. Portions of the minutes are in old German script. The collection also includes minutes of the Adult Bible Class, 1932-1947, and a treasurer's book, 1895-1909.

Access Restrictions

Restricted access. Researchers wishing to access the records for the 75 years preceding the date of inquiry must obtain permission from the pastor. All records more than 75 years old are available without permission.

Acquisition Information

This collection was microfilmed with permission by Archives of Industrial Society in 1980.
