Scope and Content Notes

This collection consists of eight volumes and two folders of material. Minute books, insurance ledgers: insured; insurance day book; insurance ledgers: monthly insurance premium ledger; monthly statement; benefit certificates; and miscellaneous documents - correspondence, certificates, insurance forms. Much of the collection is in the Slovak language.
