Description
A. I. Rykov (1881-1938) held the post of Chairman of the Council of People's Commissars until 1930. He was executed in the Purges on March 15, 1938. G. E. Zinov'ev (1883-1936), an Old Bolshevik, was tried in 1936 during the Purges and executed.
