Description
World War II cartoon shows Hitler as a barber who has just given a customer with a fez (Turkey) a haircut resembling his own. On June 18, 1941, Turkey, fearful of a German attack, signed a Treaty of Friendship with Hitler. Four days later, and a day after this cartoon was drawn, Hitler turned on Stalin, his erstwhile ally, and invaded the Soviet Union.
