The quote by Stalin (above the drawing) reads: "In the world there is no and never was such a mighty and authoritative power as our soviet power, in the world there is no and never was such a mighty and authoritative party as ours, the communist party." The quote by Voroshilov in the drawing reads: "The Worker-Peasant Red Army -- the pride of the Soviet laboring (peoples) -- on the 17th (anniversary of) October is a powerful, technically equipt, confident in its strengths, prepared at any time to repel anything, wherever it may have emerged, to encroach upon the independence, on the integrity of our homeland."
