Hand-colored view of Through Car 15, Rt.-Market Street and Herron Avenue. This image shows Pittsburgh's first horse car operation which began on August 6, 1859. The route ran along Penn Avenue to the forks of the road at Penn Avenue and 34th Street in Lawrenceville.
