Description
A capuchin monkey named Jocko looking directly at the camera. Capuchin monkeys get their name from the French word capuche for skull cap because their hair resembles the capuche worn by Franciscan monks. Capuchin monkeys are very intelligent and are commonly trained as performers. These monkeys have opposable thumbs and big toes which makes their hands similar to humans'. Capuchin monkeys are tree-dwellers that live in the rainforests of Central America.
