• Julio Elizalde envía este mensaje al F.B.I. evocando una canción rusa, el suplicio de Tántalo, los tormentos de Prometeo, la roca de Sísifo y el Brahmaputra. Anota que los senadores Chester Trent Lott , John Sidney McCain, y John F. Kerry no han participado en la heroica lucha, no precisamente homérica. Agrega que la Unión Soviética puede ocupar Europa sin disparar un tiro expresó el General Rogers, así como la conducción del mundo por Asia, y que emana de la “guerra fría”. Termina preguntando si los Servicios de Inteligencia de Alemania aceptan su idea, de acuerdo con “El Plan” que constituye dicho sistema de ideas.
