• Julio Elizalde le dice a Jacobo que la nota tiene como destinatarios la Sra. Marta, Roberto, y Ruben, (Marta Fernández Miranda, y posiblemente Fulgencio Ruben Batista y Roberto Francisco Batista). Enumera tres puntos: 1- un estudio político del movimiento de masas modelado por el presidente Batista para seguir las directrices y la lucha. 2- emitir un pronunciamiento público contra la tiranía y propender por la obra social y el amor a la patria para entregarlos a la prensa, y su interés de redactar las inquietudes con comedimiento y paciencia. 3- Hacer llegar la correspondencia a la señora Marta e intensificar la responsabilidad agigantada de Jacobo y su atención.
