Description
A long line of ladies crosses the Willows Pool runway during the 1926 Miss Pittsburgh Beauty Pageant. The Willows originally started out as a hopping night club that featured all the big name bands of the day and fine dining. The swimming pool would not open until 1926. Oakmonters enjoyed dining, boating and partying at the Willows despite prohibition of the 1920s.
