Joseph A. Borkowski, a University of Pittsburgh alumni, was Chairman of the Polish Historical Commission during 1960. Photographis in this folder include Borkowski with members of the commission as well as other photographs with Mayor Joseph Barr and Congressman Wililam Moorhead, snapshots taken between 1950 and 1959, and the unveiling of the William B. Foster Memoria (May 15, 1955).
