Description
A man on scaffolding is cleaning the outside of the Allegheny County Courthouse and Jail; a sign in the foreground reads, "This work being done by / M.G. Moshithes / 1010 Beech Ave. Cedar 4442". The dirty area is clearly visible in the center of the cleaned area. Jenny machines in the foreground are being used for the operation.
