Description
Edward H. Litchfield (Chancellor), Helen Poole Rush (Dean of Women), Mary Lou Karges (President of the Associated Women Students), Richard Sabota, (student body President) and David L. Lawrence (Governor) gather around the picture of Thyrsa Amos. The building was named for Amos who served as Dean of Women from 1919 until her death in 1941. Amos Hall is an all female residence hall that houses nine sororities.
