View of the 330,000-square-foot Federal Cold Storage building looking from the bridge 16th Street Bridge deck. Federal Cold Storage was a division of City Products Coporation and was located between Penn Avenue, Smallman Street at the corner of 15th Street. It later served as storage for Robert Wholey & Co., a fish retailer and wholesaler.
