Description
A view of Grant Boulevard conditions taken for Stanley L. Roush in preparation for redevelopment. Now known as Bigelow Boulevard, it was intended to connect Downtown beginning at Seventh Avenue and, according to J. M. Kelly’s “handbook of greater Pittsburg, 1895,” “follow the high hillside to the East End.”
