Firstly: to serve as information and as a guide for The Historical Tour of the 1977 meeting of The Northeastern Jurisdictional Commission on Archives and History of The United Methodist Church. The Western Pennsylvania Conference hosted the Jurisdictional Commission on Archives and History at Jumonville, May 10-12, 1977. The Tour on May 11th covered the route, Uniontown to Pittsburgh to Johnstown, touching the areas of the four denominational origins in western Pennsylvania. Secondly: For distribution to the members of the 1977 session of the Western Pennsylvania Conference as a part of the Conference Commission on Archives and History report."
