Description
The Oakmont beauty pageant took place at the Willows Pool and the winner was crowned Miss Willows. These girls wait in a line to discover which of them will be the Miss Willows of 1929. The contestants wear dresses or skirts of various styles for the pronouncement. Notice the girl in the pool, peeking through the legs of the contestants towards the judges.
