Progress Photograph 16 for the William Penn Hotel. There are more wooden supports for the walls. The wooden circles are for columns, which will be poured at a later date. The hotel was designed by Janssen and Abbot and the construction engineer was James L. Stuart. A building that was being constructed simultaneously to the William Penn, and is visible in other photographs in this collection, is now completed.
