Description
Progress Photograph 14 for the William Penn Hotel. The hotel was designed by Janssen and Abbot and the construction engineer was James L. Stuart. This photo shows them shoring up the walls for the hotel and the wooden circles are the beginnings of columns, which will support poured concrete.
