Description
Workers employed by Rust Engineering smile down from the hanging scaffolding on the addition to the Bell Telephone Building. Working from the ground up, they apply concrete to the structure’s steel frame. The addition was designed by architect James T. Windrim and built by W.F. Trimble & Sons Company.
