Description
A concrete coal storage bin, or silo, under construction. Coal will be loaded into the silo through the top, by way of the conveyer (left). In the background, workers unload wheelbarrows and a steam-powered crane lifts material to other parts of the site. The silo was built by the Rust Engineering Company for Utica Gas and Electric Company.
