Description
A worker, holding one of his heavy gloves, stands beneath a partially complete bridge that will carry a Pennsylvania state highway over railroad tracks. To the left, a man works beside a steam shovel. The construction of the bridge was handled by the Rust Engineering Company, based in Pittsburgh.
