The Northland Public Library added 196 new images to the Northland Historical Image Collection. The site now contains over 1100 photographs from the Allegheny County Department of Public Works covering the municipalities of Bradford Woods Borough, Franklin Park Borough, Marshall Township, McCandless Township and Ross Township. New images include photos from the North Allegheny Museum and the Franklin Park collections with many photos of the Ingomar area, as well as local schools, churches, taverns and aerial photographs. Others from private collections include family picnics in North Park spanning the 1930s, and 1940s.
