The Old Testament Prophet Isaiah (bearded, haloed). The object near his shoulder is thought to be a part of the Jesse Tree, since it was Isaiah who described the Jesse Tree. (Isaiah 11:1 "And there shall come forth a rod out of the root of Jesse, and a flower shall rise up out of his root.")
