STATUE ON the North-west corner OF THE NORTH TOWER
A bearded man holds a book and a saw. Massé identifies him as St. Simon because the saw was the instrument of Simon's martyrdom. A dragon stands in front to the left, which may be a gargoyle. In front of him is a shield with a coat of arms.
