At right sits Dacien, wearing a round cap. He sits at left on an elevated chair- his feet are on a footstool. He looks and gestures toward the right. At left are the lances, forks, and ladder-like grill that will be used to torture Vincent.
Panel 21: Vincent put into prison(?) (below)
The door of the prison is at left. Vincent (haloed, tonsured, wearing only a loincloth) is at center. He is being pushed through (or pulled from?) the prison door by a man standing at right.
