The Three Rivers Second Nature Project took place between 2000 and 2005 with the goal of addressing the meaning, form, and function of public space and nature in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. The project was directed by Reiko Goto and Tim Collins at Carnegie Mellon University’s STUDIO for Creative Inquiry. The collection contains material that documents the streams and sub-watersheds of the Ohio, Monongahela, and Allegheny rivers.
