Subseries 5. Organizations

Scope and Content Notes:

Women’s groups provide support for female scientists, professionals, educators, and activists. Such groups can also contribute to a stronger presence for women within traditionally male-dominated professions or fields of study. This subseries contains information from a wide range of women’s organizations and from civil rights groups with an interest in women’s issues, 1971-1982. Files are arranged alphabetically by organization name.
