Contained within this subseries are the correspondence received and sent by Pittsburgh Typographical Union No. 7 during the presidency of Howard L. Woodmansee from 1929 to 1936. These letters detail the business matters Woodmansee confronted during his term, including a large number of job scale correspondence received by the President from 1933 to 1935. Other letters are incoming and outgoing to officers of Pittsburgh Typographical Union No. 7. The correspondence of the locals' secretaries, William B. Clark from 1930 to 1934 and George Bradley from 1934 to 1937, are also present.
