Scope and Content Notes:

The items in this series revolve around the "Concert for Peace," which took place on May 1, 1984 at Heinz Hall, and featured conductor Andre Previn and pianist Andre Watts. "In Concert for Peace" was part of a national concert series that aimed to heighten public awareness and spur active participation against nuclear weapons.
