Subseries 6. Judiciary Subcommittees, Correspondence and Issues

Scope and Content Notes:

A number of subcommittees worked on various aspects of judicial reform: minor judiciary, tenure, retirement, and selection of judges for example. These are essentially working files and include background information, drafts, proposals from subcommittees, and in some cases votes. Also here are files from the 1969 pre primary efforts to pass judicial reform proposals, more of which appear in section 06:10.
