Scope and Content Notes:

These are Seif's "reading files," consisting of correspondence and memoranda to and from Jim Seif, Special Assistant to AAG Thornburgh, as well as a few files to and from Thornburgh himself. These reading files are arranged chronologically. There is also a folder containing FBI-related materials, such as booklets, pamphlets and other relevant articles, including one about J. Edgar Hoover. The Criminal Division Report by Seif and Waldman will be found in the AAG's files, dated November 18, 1975.
