Subseries 1. Background Reports and Articles

Scope and Content Notes:

These records include background reports regarding constitutional revision in Pennsylvania over the years 1959-1967. There also are reports and drafts prepared by the Pennsylvania Bar Association and National Municipal League on subjects to be considered at the convention. The Pennsylvania Senate Bill "providing for a constitutional convention" is included as well as articles about judicial reform and other relevant constitutional issues.
