Scope and Content Notes: This series contains land deeds, survey information, and indentures held by the Darlington Family, dating from 1785 to 1899. Also included in this series are oversized documents relating to the collection, including: a diploma, medals, buttons, photos, deeds, and land surveys. The materials in this series relate to areas of collection interests to the Darlington family and owned by the Darlington family. These files are too large to be filed within the preceding manuscript series for family members, and contains information about them, their research interests, education, and land holdings.
