Scope and Content Notes: The District Development series includes information regarding the many buildings operated by the Cultural Trust and their plans to improve and revitalize the Cultural District. There is a considerable amount of materials detailing the plans for what would become the O'Reilly Theater, Allegheny Riverfront park, and Theater Square. Also included are materials related to the renovations of buildings along Penn Avenue that are in Cultural District.
